Hydrological Assessment for Serendib Kurunegala Solar Power Project

Main Project Features: The project involved a comprehensive hydrological assessment to evaluate flood risk for a proposed solar power facility near Deduru Oya in Hiripitiya, Kurunegala. The assessment ensured the site’s suitability by analyzing terrain, rainfall patterns, and river water levels, confirming no flood risk due to the site’s elevation and 60-meter riverbank buffer.
